Refund Policy
RETURNS
The items provided by https://milofidcx.com/ are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of traditional commerce and come from all the referenced publishers and suppliers.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at 1063234165@qq.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, whatever the reason.
Right of withdrawal
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, milofidcx is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:
- Goods that you have opened and are not returnable for reasons of hygiene or health protection
- Goods inseparable from other items
- Opened goods that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Well made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
Cancelation
The customer only has 48 hours after the validation of his order to request a refund if he finally wishes to withdraw. We would like to point out that we cannot make a full refund if the request is made after 48 hours following the order. Once the order has been placed, we have incurred costs to process and prepare your order. In this case, we will only be able to refund 50% of the order amount.
Once the order has been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund, in accordance with Article L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code which stipulates that custom-made products are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
