Is it easy to install?
Our wallpapers are cut into 60cm lengths to make them as easy to install as possible. We recommend following the instructions provided with the product carefully to ensure the best results. Proper surface preparation and the use of the correct paste are essential for optimum results.
What glue to use?
For our wallpapers we recommend using a standard paste for thick wallpapers.
These glues ensure better adhesion and facilitate the adjustment of the paper during installation.
Is it fragile once installed?
Once properly installed and dried, our wallpaper is durable and designed to withstand wear and tear.
You can even clean it with water using a slightly damp sponge.
Our deliveries
What are your printing times?
We print your wallpaper to order in 2-4 working days. This time allows us to guarantee high print quality and customization according to your specifications.
What are your delivery times?
After printing, delivery of your wallpaper usually takes between 6 to 8 working days. These times may vary slightly depending on your location.
How do I cancel my order?
As these are custom printed products, cancellations are only possible within a very short time after ordering (24 hours).
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately to see if cancellation is still possible.

What to do if there is an error in the measurements?
If you have ordered a wallpaper with incorrect dimensions, please contact our customer service. Although customized products are generally non-refundable, we will evaluate each case to find a satisfactory solution.
What to do if you have printing problems?
If you notice a printing defect or any other quality issue upon receipt of your wallpaper, please contact our customer service.
We promise to rectify any quality issues by reprinting and returning the product at our expense.
How do I return my wallpaper?
As our wallpapers are custom and printed specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than quality defects or errors during printing.
